- 1 Banana
- Cup of Blueberries
- Almond Milk 100ml-200ml
- TSP – Honey (Optional)
- TableSP – Brown Linseeds
- 1-2 TSP – Cinnamon
- Slice and dice the Banana and add into the blender.
- Add the Milk and whizz it together!
- Pour the cup of Blueberries, Cinnamon, Honey and Brown Linseeds
- Give the contents a good stir after another blending session just to make sure there are no access lumps and bumps in the smoothie
- Pour into the Glass or Cup of your choice.
Enjoy! If you are not a fan of honey, almond milk or cinnamon, you can always add powdered nutmeg, rice milk, sugar, coconut milk, goji berries, raspberries.
