Tropical Granola Smoothie!

 

 This is a really creamy, tasty smoothie. With lots of natural healthy fruits and sugars so no need for extras, as this will fill your body with all the right goodness and also fill you up for part of your day!

BLENDER NEEDED!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Banana
  • 2 Cups of Coconut Milk (475ml)
  • 1-2 Tsp of Honey
  • 1/4 fresh pineapple
  • 1/2-1 Cup of Granola
  • Sprinkle of Chai Seeds
  • 1/2 a regular sized Mango
  1. Pour the Coconut Milk into your blender.
  2. Slice and dice your Banana (maybe keep a little out for presentation) and put it into the blender.
  3. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  4. With your Pineapple all you have to do is peel, cut the core out then dice the soft bits. Add it to the blender.
  5. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  6. Pour the amount of Granola Mix into your blender.
  7. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  8. Cut your Mango into tiny chunks and place into the blender.
  9. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  10. Last but not least, sprinkle on some Chai Seeds and with a teaspoon, put two servings of Honey into the blender giving it a good old stir – feeling for excess bumps of fruit.
  11. Finally the last WHIZZ of the blender and there you have it!

If you are not a fan of Coconut, Almond or Cows milk or Rice milk is a great alternative. For a Healthier option I would use Almond milk or half almond milk half water (or Ice Cubs for summer).
