Very Berry Smoothie!

  • 1 Cup Of Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cupe Of Blackberries
  • A Sprinkle Of Dried Cranberries
  • Tbs Creme Frieche
  • 1-2 Tbs Hemp
  • 2 Cups of Almond Milk (475ml)
  1. Pour the Almond Milk into your blender.
  2. Slice and dice your Banana (maybe keep a little out for presentation) and put it into the blender.
  3. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  4. With your Blackberries, pour them into the mix. Add it to the blender.
  5. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  6. Put the Creme Frieche into your blender.
  7. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  8. Add the cup of Blueberries and spoonfuls of Hemp.
  9. BLEND for 10 seconds.
  10. Finally sprinkle the Cranberries over the top for a little presentation and extra hemp and there you have a DELICIOUS very berry smoothie!

If you are not a fan of Almond milk. Coconut, Cows, Hemp or Rice milk is a great alternative. For a healthier option I would use Almond, Hemp or Rice milk.

To sweeten it up add honey!
